USP37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,609 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, HAT1, and ANP32E. Each is linked with USP37 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP37-to-partner and partner-to-USP37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP37 versus UBR7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
