USP37

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,374 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP37-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PBK, and CDCA2. Each is linked with USP37 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP37-to-partner and partner-to-USP37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP37 versus PCNA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
