Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP37-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, MYF5, and MMP26. Each is linked with USP37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP37-to-partner and partner-to-USP37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH grouped by USP37-low versus USP37-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
