USP34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,309 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD2, ZNF638, and RBBP5. Each is linked with USP34 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP34-to-partner and partner-to-USP34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP34 versus SNRPD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP34→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
