Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,453 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP34-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJA1, RNU1-62P, and KPNB1. Each is linked with USP34 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP34-to-partner and partner-to-USP34 results are reported.
