Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP34 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP34-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ATM, and NF2. Each is linked with USP34 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP34-to-partner and partner-to-USP34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by USP34-low versus USP34-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP34→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
