USP34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,594 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP34-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP88, NGLY1, and NDC80. Each is linked with USP34 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP34-to-partner and partner-to-USP34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUP88 grouped by USP34-low versus USP34-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP34→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
