USP33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,224 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MIER1, FUBP1, and RPF2. Each is linked with USP33 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP33-to-partner and partner-to-USP33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP33 versus MIER1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP33→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
