Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,782 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP33-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPSNAP3B, MGP, and BOC. Each is linked with USP33 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP33-to-partner and partner-to-USP33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP33 versus NIPSNAP3B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP33→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
