Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP33 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP33-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Rictor_pT1135, and ASNS. Each is linked with USP33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP33-to-partner and partner-to-USP33 results are reported.
