USP29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,993 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, CDKN3, and OIP5. Each is linked with USP29 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP29-to-partner and partner-to-USP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by USP29-low versus USP29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
