Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 229 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFGEF2, TMCO4, and TRPM4. Each is linked with USP29 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP29-to-partner and partner-to-USP29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARFGEF2 grouped by USP29-low versus USP29-high in URINARY_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
