USP29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX14, C18orf63, and OR13C7. Each is linked with USP29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP29-to-partner and partner-to-USP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX14 grouped by USP29-low versus USP29-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
