USP27X

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP27X RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,527 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP27X-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL1, UNC13D, and RBM10. Each is linked with USP27X in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP27X-to-partner and partner-to-USP27X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP27X versus TCEAL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP27X→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP27X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
