Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP27X protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,735 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP27X-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A6, CRHR2, and ZNF365. Each is linked with USP27X in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP27X-to-partner and partner-to-USP27X results are reported.
