USP27X

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP27X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,192 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP27X-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASSF1-AS1, SAMD12-AS1, and LINC02210-CRHR1. Each is linked with USP27X in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP27X-to-partner and partner-to-USP27X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RASSF1-AS1 grouped by USP27X-low versus USP27X-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP27X→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP27X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
