Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP27X mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP27X-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, TIGAR, and ASNS. Each is linked with USP27X in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP27X-to-partner and partner-to-USP27X results are reported.
