USP27X

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP27X RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,373 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP27X-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tubulin deacetylation, Growth hormone secretion, and Regulation of heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with USP27X in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP27X-to-partner and partner-to-USP27X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tubulin deacetylation grouped by USP27X-low versus USP27X-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP27X→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP27X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
