Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,493 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMSN1, PSME2, and APBB2. Each is linked with USP22 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP22-to-partner and partner-to-USP22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP22 versus SAMSN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
