USP22

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP22-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and ERK2. Each is linked with USP22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP22-to-partner and partner-to-USP22 results are reported.
