Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSL3-AS1, PGAM5, and ALDH8A1. Each is linked with USP20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP20-to-partner and partner-to-USP20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP20 versus ACSL3-AS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
