Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, p62 Lck ligand, and ATM. Each is linked with USP20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP20-to-partner and partner-to-USP20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by USP20-low versus USP20-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
