Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,294 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with USP20 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP20-to-partner and partner-to-USP20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by USP20-low versus USP20-high in STOMACH.
