USP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,254 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, USP2_S252, and SEC24A. Each is linked with USP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP2-to-partner and partner-to-USP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP2 versus CNN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
