Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,525 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNN1, TP53AIP1, and ADGRB2. Each is linked with USP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP2-to-partner and partner-to-USP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP2 versus KCNN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
