Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6889, RNU6-414P, and RNU6-436P. Each is linked with USP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP2-to-partner and partner-to-USP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6889 grouped by USP2-low versus USP2-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
