USP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, C1orf87, and CST9. Each is linked with USP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP2-to-partner and partner-to-USP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by USP2-low versus USP2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
