USP18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,755 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFIT3, DDX58, and EIF2AK2. Each is linked with USP18 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP18-to-partner and partner-to-USP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
