Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 739 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P20, RN7SL685P, and RN7SL173P. Each is linked with USP18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP18-to-partner and partner-to-USP18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
