Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP17L8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP17L8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A4A, KRT75, and OR4D9. Each is linked with USP17L8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP17L8-to-partner and partner-to-USP17L8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A4A grouped by USP17L8-low versus USP17L8-high in URINARY_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP17L8→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP17L8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
