Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP17L4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated USP17L4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher USP17L4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP17L4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, THCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where USP17L4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
