Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP17L22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP17L22-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH5, COL4A5, and CDCP2. Each is linked with USP17L22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP17L22-to-partner and partner-to-USP17L22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH5 grouped by USP17L22-low versus USP17L22-high in OESOPHAGUS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP17L22→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP17L22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
