Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP17L2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated USP17L2 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher USP17L2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP17L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD and SARC are the cancer types where USP17L2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
