Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP17L19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP17L19-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM9, SLC27A6, and ECT2. Each is linked with USP17L19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP17L19-to-partner and partner-to-USP17L19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM9 grouped by USP17L19-low versus USP17L19-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP17L19→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP17L19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
