Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP17L17 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated USP17L17 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher USP17L17 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP17L17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA are the cancer types where USP17L17 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
