The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher USP17L16P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP17L16P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.
LUSC, SKCM, and LAML are the cancer types where USP17L16P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
