Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,916 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT2D, ZNF318, and UBR4. Each is linked with USP15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP15-to-partner and partner-to-USP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KMT2D grouped by USP15-low versus USP15-high in COAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
