Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,599 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are AIM2, TYMP, and IL18RAP. Each is linked with USP15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP15-to-partner and partner-to-USP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP15 versus AIM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
