Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,051 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP2, RNU6-709P, and OLA1P3. Each is linked with USP15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP15-to-partner and partner-to-USP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENPP2 grouped by USP15-low versus USP15-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
