USP15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,169 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of defense response to fungus, Regulation of antifungal innate immune response, and Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with USP15 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP15-to-partner and partner-to-USP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of defense response to fungus grouped by USP15-low versus USP15-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
