Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 717 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B10, BPIFB3, and LYZL2. Each is linked with USP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP15-to-partner and partner-to-USP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UGT2B10 grouped by USP15-low versus USP15-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
