Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated USP13 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher USP13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where USP13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
