USP13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,706 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM39, ANP32E, and POGZ. Each is linked with USP13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP13-to-partner and partner-to-USP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP13 versus RBM39 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
