USP13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, JNK2, and TSC1. Each is linked with USP13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP13-to-partner and partner-to-USP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by USP13-low versus USP13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
