Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,012 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, and Positive regulation of cell cycle. Each is linked with USP13 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP13-to-partner and partner-to-USP13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by USP13-low versus USP13-high in PANCREAS.
