Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 948 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE8, MYH6, and PRAMEF14. Each is linked with USP13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP13-to-partner and partner-to-USP13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE8 grouped by USP13-low versus USP13-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
