Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,862 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, USP11_S648, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with USP11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP11-to-partner and partner-to-USP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP11 versus MTA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
