Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,630 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCML2, FANCB, and KRBOX4. Each is linked with USP11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP11-to-partner and partner-to-USP11 results are reported.
