Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI4K2A, ME2, and GZMB. Each is linked with USP11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP11-to-partner and partner-to-USP11 results are reported.
