Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, mTOR_pS2448, and NDRG1_pT346. Each is linked with USP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP11-to-partner and partner-to-USP11 results are reported.
